As of the announcement date, Wanlida Industrial has cumulatively increased its shareholding by 6.4126 million shares, accounting for 0.82% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 100 million yuan. After the increase, the shareholding ratio of Wanlida Industrial and its concerted parties will rise from 54.33% to 55.16%
