According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, Maxscend (300782.SZ) announced that its actual controller holding 20.32% of shares, along with its concerted actors Mr. Xu Zhihan, Mr. FENG CHENHUI, and Ms. YI GEBING, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.3455 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
