# Two executives of BEETECH plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.1% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BEETECH (300667.SZ) announced that Mr. Jiang Mingjie, a director, deputy general manager, and financial officer holding 0.14% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 71,200 shares (accounting for 0.03% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from June 11, 2025, to September 10, 2025).

Mr. Ding Yue, the deputy general manager holding 0.27% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 139,800 shares (accounting for 0.07% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from June 11, 2025, to September 10, 2025)
