# Shanghai Sinyang plans to invest 30 million yuan in Qixin Fund

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shanghai Sinyang (300236.SZ) announced that in order to fully seize market opportunities and broaden the company's investment channels, the company plans to use its own funds to participate in an equity investment fund initiated by Zhongxin Juyuan Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxin Juyuan"). The proposed name of the equity fund is Juyuan Qixin Equity Investment Fund (Wuxi) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to approval by the enterprise registration authority, hereinafter referred to as "Qixin Fund" or "Partnership"). The total subscribed capital of the Qixin Fund is RMB 800 million, of which the company, as a limited partner, subscribes to RMB 30 million, accounting for 3.75% of the total subscribed capital. As of the date of this announcement, the company has not yet made the actual capital contribution.

The partnership focuses on investing in private equity or venture capital sub-funds established, invested in, or managed by general partners, management companies, or their affiliates, concentrating on hard technology fields such as semiconductors, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, new materials, and advanced manufacturing, or collective investment tools established for achieving these purposes
