(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a written resignation letter from Mr. Wu Fei, the shareholder representative supervisor, on May 19, 2025. Mr. Wu Fei was originally scheduled to serve until January 29, 2027, but he applied to resign from his position as a supervisor of the Company due to a job change. After Mr. Wu Fei's resignation, he will not hold any other positions in the Company
