# Hengda New Material: Adjusting the repurchase price and amount of shares

Hengda New Material announced that it will adjust the upper limit of the share repurchase price from RMB 36.34 per share to RMB 35.37 per share, and the total repurchase funds will be adjusted from "not less than RMB 15 million and not more than RMB 30 million" to "not less than RMB 25 million and not more than RMB 50 million."
