# Huading Nylon's controlling shareholder's concerted action party plans to publicly solicit the transfer of 15.26% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huading Nylon (601113.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhenai Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhenai Group"), along with its concerted actors Yiwu Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiwu Jin Kong"), Yiwu Economic and Technological Development Zone Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiwu Jing Kai"), and Yiwu Shunhe Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shunhe Company"), intends to transfer a total of 169 million unrestricted circulating shares held by them through a public solicitation of transferees, accounting for 15.26% of the company's total share capital.

This public solicitation transfer is subject to approval from the state-owned assets supervision and administration department, and there is uncertainty regarding whether such approval can be obtained and the time frame for approval
