# Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection: Consortium signs overseas engineering general contracting contract worth 3.5 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection (603359.SH) announced that recently, after friendly consultations between the consortium to which the company belongs and Asia Tobacco Industry Group Co., Ltd., they signed the "General Contract for the EPC Project of Land Consolidation in Champasak Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic," with a preliminary estimated contract price (including tax) of 3.5 billion yuan.

The above contract is the company's first overseas project.
