GIT: Eagle High Investment plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2.99% of the company's shares

GIT announced that its controlling shareholder, Yingtan City Yinggao Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 13.2681 million shares, or no more than 2.99% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
