Tianli Lithium Energy announced that its shareholder, Anhui Gaoxin Investment New Materials Industry Fund Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,562,200 shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding and block trading
