# KDXC plans to sell 51% equity in Bikon Technology for 188 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDXC (002669.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Kanda Shengjing Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shengjing Technology") intends to sign a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Tangshan Industrial Holding Group Low-altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd. ("Tangkong Low-altitude Economy") to sell 51% of its equity in Chengdu Bikong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bikong Technology" or "Target Company") for a consideration of RMB 188 million.

The purpose of this transaction is to optimize resource allocation, improve asset operation efficiency, reduce management costs, and enhance profitability. This equity transfer is in line with the company's overall development strategy, and the funds obtained will be used to repay bank loans and supplement the company's working capital, which is beneficial for enhancing the company's comprehensive competitive strength
