SELONG announced that its shareholder Dongtai Juheying Consulting Management Partnership reduced its holdings by a total of 477,900 shares through centralized bidding transactions from May 16, 2025, to May 20, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with an average reduction price of 50.31 yuan/share. After the reduction, Dongtai Juheying holds 729,500 shares of the company, accounting for 1.53% of the total share capital. This reduction plan has been completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the company's commitments
