Chitwing: Refund of part of the land use rights
Chitwing announced that the company plans to sign a "Termination Agreement" with the People's Government of Yubei District, Chongqing, to return part of the land use rights, and to re-sign the "Investment Agreement for the Chitwing Intelligent Terminal Technology Industrial Park Project" with Chongqing Zhanshin Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. According to the "Termination Agreement," the land cost for the land use rights of part of plots N3-15/3 and N3-16-1/2 purchased by the company is 52.5186 million yuan, which will be refunded in three installments by the Yubei District government designated Zhanshin Industry Group
