WFDSJ announced that 11.85 million unrestricted circulating shares held by major shareholder Zheng Su-zhen, who owns more than 5% of the company's shares, were judicially auctioned, accounting for 0.64% of the company's total share capital and 4.31% of her total holdings. After the auction, Zheng Su-zhen's shareholding ratio decreased from 14.88% to 14.24%. This auction will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's management and operations, nor will it lead to changes in the controlling shareholder and actual controller. The transferee is prohibited from reducing their holdings within six months after the transfer
