The specific number of units will be determined based on the actual contribution payment amount. The shares for the stock ownership plan will come from the company's repurchase special account of BSCTECH's A-share common stock. The purchase price for the repurchased shares under the stock ownership plan is 14.60 yuan per share.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 48 months, with the acquired underlying stocks unlocking in three phases, with lock-up periods of 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months, all calculated from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last batch of underlying stocks to the employee stock ownership plan
