FS Holdings announced that the company's directors Yuan Fei and Li Zhenye plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 187,500 shares and 80,900 shares, respectively, through centralized bidding from June 12, 2025, to September 11, 2025, accounting for 0.02% and 0.01% of the company's total share capital, respectively. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the shares are sourced from stocks granted through the equity incentive plan. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices, and the implementation of the reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control
