Both parties will jointly develop high-safety, lightweight composite fluid products. The solid-state battery manufacturing company focuses on the next generation of high-safety, high-energy solid-state power batteries and has significant procurement needs in the future, while Rouzhen Technology possesses research and development and production capabilities in the lithium battery materials field. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiemei Electronic And Technology (002859.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Rouzhen Technology, signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with a solid-state battery manufacturer on May 14, 2025. To achieve a win-win purpose, through friendly consultation, both parties reached a strategic cooperation agreement regarding the joint design and development of "high safety lightweight composite electrolytes." Rouzhen Technology shall produce and supply "high safety lightweight composite electrolyte" products as per the needs of the solid-state battery manufacturer, among other related matters.
The announcement stated that Rouzhen Technology signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with the solid-state battery manufacturer, given that the manufacturer specializes in developing the next generation of high safety and high energy density solid-state power batteries and energy storage batteries. The technology of its newly developed lithium-ion battery products is at the leading level in the lithium battery industry, and it plans to expand its investment layout in lithium battery production capacity, which will lead to significant procurement demand in the future. Meanwhile, Rouzhen Technology has R&D, production, and sales capabilities in the field of lithium battery anode and cathode materials, as well as the ability to provide the latest product technology solutions.
