# Kingswood Education's actual controller is proposed to be changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shiyan City

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingswood Education (300192.SZ) announced that on May 21, 2025, Mr. Wu Xianliang, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Zhongjing Heda. Mr. Wu Xianliang intends to transfer 77,584,300 unrestricted circulating shares of the listed company at a price of 14.72 yuan per share, totaling 1.142 billion yuan, to Zhongjing Heda.

The share transfer will be successfully implemented and completed, making Zhongjing Heda the controlling shareholder of the company, while the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shiyan Municipal People's Government ("Shiyan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission") will become the actual controller of the company
