FOCUS announced that shareholder Zheng Chaoyang will reduce his holdings of 800,000 shares of the company through centralized bidding from March 14, 2025, to May 20, 2025, accounting for 0.9948% of the company's current total share capital. After this reduction, Zheng Chaoyang will hold 3.4484 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.2881% of the company's current total share capital, and will no longer be a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares
