# HONGCHENG ENVIRONMENT: Results of Shareholding Reduction by Directors and Senior Management

HONGCHENG ENVIRONMENT announced that the company's director and deputy general manager Li Qiuping reduced his holdings by 88,700 shares, accounting for 0.0069% of the company's total share capital; director and deputy general manager Cheng Gang reduced his holdings by 75,000 shares, accounting for 0.0058% of the company's total share capital; and chief financial officer Wang Jianyu reduced his holdings by 88,700 shares, accounting for 0.0069% of the company's total share capital. The reduction prices were in the ranges of 9.61 to 9.67 yuan/share, 9.53 to 9.61 yuan/share, and 9.6 to 9.61 yuan/share, with total amounts of 857,700 yuan, 714,800 yuan, and 851,500 yuan, respectively. This reduction plan has been completed, and Li Qiuping, Cheng Gang, and Wang Jianyu currently hold 266,300 shares, 225,000 shares, and 267,300 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0207%, 0.0175%, and 0.0208% of the company's total share capital, respectively
