BEETECH announced on the evening of May 22 that the company has recently learned that, according to relevant regulations, the high-tech enterprise qualification of BEETECH and other companies has been canceled. To optimize the business structure and improve operational management efficiency, research and development, production, and sales related to the company's main business will gradually be undertaken by the relevant holding subsidiaries. Therefore, the company no longer meets the relevant standards for high-tech enterprise recognition. After the cancellation of the high-tech enterprise qualification, the corporate income tax rate for the company from 2023 to 2025 will be adjusted from 15% to 25%. Since the taxable income for the company from 2023 to the first quarter of 2025 is negative, there is no need to make up for corporate income tax
