WANGSU: Multiple executives plan to reduce their shareholdings
WANGSU announced that the company's chairman Li Boyang, director Zhou Liping, and senior management personnel Jiang Wei, Li Dong, and Huang Shalin plan to reduce their holdings due to personal funding needs. This will occur within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter, through centralized bidding or block trading. Among them, Li Boyang intends to reduce no more than 203,100 shares, Zhou Liping intends to reduce no more than 1,194,600 shares, Jiang Wei intends to reduce no more than 175,600 shares, Li Dong intends to reduce no more than 42,969 shares, and Huang Shalin intends to reduce no more than 234,600 shares, accounting for 0.0083%, 0.0489%, 0.0072%, 0.0018%, and 0.0096% of the company's total share capital, respectively. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
