# ZONECO plans to raise no more than 522 million yuan through a private placement, with the issuance target being Haifa Group

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZONECO (002069.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The target of this issuance is Haifa Group, which will subscribe in cash. The target has signed a conditional share subscription agreement with the company for the issuance of A-shares by ZONECO. The price of the issued shares is set at 3.09 yuan per share, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 522 million yuan (including the principal). After deducting relevant issuance costs, all funds will be used to replenish working capital and repay bank loans
