According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Jinzhi Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Kun as the legal representative. The business scope includes: sales of Internet of Things devices; sales of smart home consumer devices; network technology services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by ZBOM
