# CDXJ's subsidiary jointly pre-qualified for a project related to the construction of a data center power system

According to the announcement from CDXJ (603887.SH), China Mobile Communications Group Design Institute Co., Ltd. and the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiangjiang System Engineering Co., Ltd., have formed a consortium that won the bid for the "China Mobile Zhejiang Company's 2025 Yangtze River Delta (Ningbo) Data Center Power System Construction Project EPC General Contracting Procurement Project." The bid price (excluding tax) is approximately 440 million yuan. As of now, the project is still in the bidding announcement period.

According to the consortium agreement, China Mobile Communications Group Design Institute Co., Ltd. (the leading member of the consortium) is responsible for the design and overall coordination management of the engineering content within the scope of the general contracting of this project; Xiangjiang System Engineering Co., Ltd. (a member of the consortium) is responsible for the procurement, construction, debugging, trial operation, testing, and third-party verification testing of the engineering content within the scope of the general contracting of this project
