ST Cnlight: Fuhai Holdings increased its stake by 5.5 million shares
*ST Cnlight announced that the company's actual controller and chairman, Mr. Dai Junwei, controlled enterprise "Guangdong Futai Holdings Co., Ltd." plans to increase its holdings by an amount not less than RMB 10 million and not more than RMB 20 million within the next three months starting from April 29, 2025. As of May 26, 2025, Futai Holdings has cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 5.5 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.50% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of approximately RMB 10.22 million, reaching the lower limit of the increase plan
