# GLORIA PHARMA. and Xinghe Pharmaceutical signed a joint promotion agreement for Pemabertinib tablets

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GLORIA PHARMA (002437.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Joint Promotion Agreement" with Xinghe Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinghe Pharmaceutical") for "Pemafibrate Tablets" (brand name: Palonida). The agreement will take effect on June 1, 2025.

Regarding the product under the agreement, Pemafibrate Tablets (brand name: Palonida) are the world's first novel highly selective PPARα modulator, primarily acting by activating PPARα to regulate the gene expression of lipid metabolism, thereby reducing plasma triglyceride (TG) levels and increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels.

It is reported that this cooperation will enrich the company's product pipeline, is expected to increase the company's operating income and profits, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular fields
