# XDC plans to purchase the land use rights of an industrial site in Dongguan City to advance the development of its core components business in the new energy sector

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XDC (300615.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase the industrial land use rights located in Diaolang Community, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City, through its own funds or self-raised funds. The area of the land is 15,722.47 square meters, and the estimated land acquisition cost is no less than RMB 20.44 million.

The announcement stated that the planned purchase of land use rights is mainly to meet the urgent demand for stable and high-standard industrial space for the company's future development and that of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Xintian New, reduce the company's rental costs, and accelerate the expansion of the company's second main business—core components of new energy
