# ST JINKE: Restructuring plan approved by the court

\*ST JINKE announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Jinke received the "Civil Ruling" delivered by the Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court, which ruled to approve the "Jinke Co., Ltd. Restructuring Plan" and the "Chongqing Jinke Restructuring Plan," and to terminate the restructuring procedure. During the execution phase of the restructuring plan, the company will optimize its asset-liability structure and restore sustainable profitability. If the restructuring fails, the company faces bankruptcy risk, and the stock will be at risk of delisting. In the restructuring investment agreement, industrial investors and financial investors have paid a total of 552 million yuan in the second phase of the performance bond. The company's net assets at the end of 2024 are negative, and the stock has been subjected to delisting risk warning
