# SYPM's major shareholder Qin Guangxia plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SYPM (301017.SZ) announced that Ms. Qin Guangxia, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, director, and senior management, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 12.0709 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from June 19, 2025, to September 18, 2025)
