# Xingqi Pharmaceutical plans to raise no more than 850 million yuan through a private placement to build a research and development center and supplement working capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xingqi Pharmaceutical (300573.SZ) has disclosed a plan for issuing shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The number of issuance targets will not exceed 35 (inclusive), and the number of shares issued will not exceed 30% of the company's total share capital before this issuance, which is no more than 73,604,683 shares (inclusive). The funds raised from this issuance will not exceed (inclusive) 850 million yuan, and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be fully invested in the following projects: 650 million yuan for the construction of a research and development center, and 200 million yuan for supplementing working capital
