# XGD plans to launch a stock option incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XGD (300130.SZ) has released the draft of its 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant 19 million stock options to the incentive recipients. Each stock option grants the right to purchase 1 share of XGD stock at the exercise price on the exercise date during the validity period of the incentive plan. The source of the stocks for this plan is the ordinary A-shares of the company issued to the incentive recipients. The exercise price of the granted stock options is 25 yuan per option.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of stock option authorization until all granted stock options of the incentive recipients are exercised or canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 36 months
