JUJIANG CONS: Ma Tao has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee
According to the announcement from JUJIANG CONS, starting from May 27, 2025, (i) Mr. Ma Tao has been appointed as the chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Board Compensation and Assessment Committee, and has been re-designated as a member; (ii) Mr. Wang Xinglong has been appointed as the chairman of the Compensation and Assessment Committee and will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; (iii) Ms. Lin Feicui has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee
According to the announcement from JUJIANG CONS (01459), starting from May 27, 2025, (i) Mr. Ma Tao has been appointed as the chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Board Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and has been re-designated as a member; (ii) Mr. Wang Xinglong has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; (iii) Ms. Lin Feicui has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee
