# TLJT plans to sell 100% equity of its subsidiary Shanghai Yalian to focus on core business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TLJT (300063.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yalian Ink Chemical Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Yalian”) to Taicang Chenghe Yue Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Taicang Chenghe Yue”). After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Shanghai Yalian, and Shanghai Yalian will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

The company's sale of subsidiary equity is an arrangement aimed at focusing on core business and optimizing asset structure, which is beneficial for the company to integrate resources and reduce operating costs
