# Tianjin TEDA CO., Ltd. plans to sell 100% equity of Yangzhou Wanyun

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianjin TEDA CO., Ltd. (000652.SZ) announced that in order to further focus on the company's ecological and environmental protection main business and gradually promote the divestiture of non-core assets in regional development, the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Yangzhou Wanyun Construction Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangzhou Wanyun") to Tianjin TEDA Asset Operation Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Asset Management") through a non-public agreement.

The company plans to transfer its 100% equity in Yangzhou Wanyun to the related party TEDA Asset Management at a consideration based on the recorded net asset valuation of 2.593 billion yuan. After the successful implementation of this equity transfer, Yangzhou Wanyun will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
