ST Gospell: The shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder Bincheng Investment will decrease to 1.99%
*ST Gospell announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Bincheng Investment, is involved in a contractual dispute with Weifang Guojin Financial Leasing. The People's Court of Hanting District, Weifang City, ruled to judicially allocate 39.851 million shares held by Bincheng Investment to Weifang Guojin to offset debts. As of the announcement date, the share transfer procedures have not yet been completed. If the transfer is ultimately successful, Bincheng Investment's shareholding ratio will decrease from 25.84% to 1.99%, and Weifang Guojin will hold 23.84% of the company's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder
