# SHM: Tianjin Saikehuan reduced its holdings by 10.419 million shares

Sichuan Shuangma announced that its shareholder Tianjin Saikehuan Enterprise Management Center reduced its holdings by a total of 10.419 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from March 27 to May 29, 2025, accounting for 1.3647% of the company's total share capital and 1.3760% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account. This reduction plan has been completed, and Tianjin Saikehuan holds 67.9849 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.9051% of the company's total share capital and 8.9782% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's ongoing operations
