T&K: Wholly-owned subsidiary increases capital and introduces external investors

T&K announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui T&K Bioengineering Co., Ltd. has introduced external investors Guangzhou Sequoia Biomedical Investment Partnership and Ningbo Haihou Tairen Venture Capital Partnership through a capital increase and share expansion. The portion of the capital increase price that exceeds the registered capital will be included in the capital reserve. The registered capital of T&K Bio will increase from 20 million yuan to 39.801 million yuan, and the total shareholding of Anhui T&K in T&K Bio will decrease from 100.00% to 50.25%. T&K Bio has received capital increase payments of 27.5 million yuan each from Sequoia Biomedical and Haihou Tairen, totaling 55 million yuan
