CRCCHEM: Non-independent director Zhang Yingzhong resigns

CRCCHEM announced that Mr. Zhang Yingzhong, a non-independent director of the company, has applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director of the company's second board of directors and as a member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee due to work arrangements. Mr. Wang Yuhang, the deputy general manager, has also applied to resign from his position as deputy general manager of the company due to work arrangements. After their resignations, Mr. Zhang Yingzhong and Mr. Wang Yuhang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the announcement date, neither of them holds any shares in the company
