WENCAN: The new factory in Chongqing is expected to begin trial production in the second half of the year and has secured the first customer for its magnesium alloy product
WENCAN's Chairman and General Manager Tang Jiexiong stated at the performance briefing for the 2024 fiscal year and the first quarter of 2025 held this afternoon that the company's new factories in Chongqing, Anhui, and Guangdong are progressing in a tense and orderly manner. The Chongqing factory is primarily supporting Seres automobiles and is expected to begin trial production in the second half of the year. The company has currently secured customer designation for its first magnesium alloy product and will further develop a new product series for automotive lightweighting based on the R&D of magnesium alloy products and customer needs
