# BHAS plans to issue additional shares and acquire equity in multiple companies for cash. It has been suspended from trading since June 3rd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bohai Automotive (600960.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 51% equity of Beijing Beiqi Moulding Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beiqi Moulding") held by Beijing Haina Chuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haina Chuan"), 51% equity of Haina Chuan Andatuo (Langfang) Seating Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Langfang Andatuo"), 100% equity of Yingnafa Zhilian Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhilian Technology"), and 50% equity of Langfang Lany Harness System Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lany Harness") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The company will issue shares to raise supporting funds from no more than 35 (inclusive) qualified specific objects. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 3, 2025 (Tuesday)
