# XMGFGS: Xiamen Chentu and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 2.97% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XMGFGS (300967.SZ) announced that its shareholder Guangzhou Xie Nuo Chen Tu Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. — Xiamen Chen Tu Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen Chen Tu") and its concerted parties Guangzhou Xie Nuo Chen Tu Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. — Chen Tu First Industry Equity Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Chen Tu First Industry Fund") and Guangzhou Xie Nuo Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xie Nuo Investment") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 5.5702 million shares (accounting for 2.97% of the company's total share capital, and 3.00% of the company's total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account as of the date of this announcement) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
