According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Information Development (300469.SZ) has recently received a notice from Mr. Zhang Shuhua regarding the share reduction plan. Due to funding needs, Mr. Zhang Shuhua plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 7.4467 million shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months starting from 15 trading days after the release of this announcement (i.e., from June 24, 2025, to September 23, 2025)
