On May 30th, INKON Life announced that the transaction for the acquisition of 51% equity in Changsha Kexin Oncology Hospital Co., Ltd. for RMB 357 million in cash has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. This means that Changsha Kexin has officially become a subsidiary controlled by INKON Life and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements
