The involved stores lured consumers to make payments with the bait of "national subsidies," but the orders ultimately failed to be delivered. Regarding this "explosion" incident, the staff at the EASYHOME New Tang store responded, "All compensations have been made, whoever needs to be contacted should be contacted, and we cannot provide further responses," before hanging up the phone.
