Mingyang Electric announced that the company undertakes joint guarantee responsibility for its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Borui Tiancheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in applying for a comprehensive credit limit from China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch, with a guarantee amount of 50 million yuan. Before the guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Borui Tiancheng was 100 million yuan, and after the guarantee, it is 150 million yuan, which does not exceed the guarantee limit approved by the company's shareholders' meeting. As of the announcement date, the total guarantee amount provided by the company for subsidiaries within the consolidated financial statements is 860 million yuan, of which the available guarantee amount for Borui Tiancheng is 460 million yuan
