According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Tongcheng New Materials (603650.SH) announced that its affiliated company Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongce Rubber") plans to be listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 5, 2025, with the stock abbreviation: Zhongce Rubber and stock code: 603049, at an issue price of 46.50 yuan per share.

As of the announcement date, the company holds 70.2 million shares of Zhongce Rubber, accounting for 8.92% of its total share capital before the issuance and 8.03% after the issuance. The shares held by the company in Zhongce Rubber cannot be transferred within 12 months from the date of its listing
