# Teamgene: Planning major matters, trading suspended from June 5

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Teamgene (603151.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Shandong Beixi Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Shandong Ruidong Weili Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinmu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd., Ruidong Agricultural and Animal Husbandry (Lijin) Co., Ltd., Ruidong Agricultural and Animal Husbandry (Shandong) Co., Ltd., and Ruidong Weili Animal Husbandry (Binzhou) Co., Ltd. held by Riverstone Farm Pte. Ltd. through a combination of issuing shares and cash payment, as well as 80% equity of Paistong Livestock Technology Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The company has signed a "Letter of Intent for Issuing Shares and Paying Cash to Purchase Assets" with the counterparty. The above agreement represents the preliminary intention reached by the parties involved in this transaction, and the specific plan and related terms of this transaction will be negotiated separately by the relevant parties and formal documents will be signed.

The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 5, 2025 (Thursday). The company expects the suspension to last no more than 10 trading days
