# TJBE's subsidiary signs the general contracting agreement for the first phase of the integrated source-grid-load-storage project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TJBE (000695.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiangfu New Energy") has selected Zhejiang Provincial Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co., Ltd. as the general contractor for the construction of the first phase of the integrated source-grid-load-storage project (wind, solar, storage, transmission, and transformation) after a bidding process. Both parties signed the "General Contract for the Construction of the First Phase of the Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Project" on June 4, 2025. The contract has come into effect after being reviewed at the 21st meeting of the 11th Board of Directors held on June 4, with a total estimated contract price of 480 million yuan
