ANDON HEALTH: Plans to register and issue medium-term notes and ultra-short-term financing bonds totaling no more than 4 billion yuan

ANDON HEALTH announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on June 3, 2025, to review and approve the proposal regarding the registration and issuance of medium-term notes and ultra-short-term financing bonds. The company intends to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes and ultra-short-term financing bonds, with the registration and issuance of medium-term notes not exceeding 3.5 billion yuan and ultra-short-term financing bonds not exceeding 500 million yuan. The raised funds will be used for repaying interest-bearing liabilities, supplementing working capital, project construction in the field of technological innovation, research and development investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other legal and compliant purposes. This matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation and will be implemented after approval by the association for registration
